REQUIREMENTS OF PROGRAM
- Applicants are at least 18 years old
- Clean criminal record
- The main applicants have been married to their spouse for a minimum of 5 years, or apply for permanent residence and citizenship through additional financial options
- Applicants must go to Bulgaria 2 times (2 days for susbmiting appliccation and 4 days for doing biometrics) and final submission of documents
- Do not exploit real estate in the first 6 years.

PROCESS OF INVESTMENT
*Investor can choose financial option instead of real estate option.
Step 1
Investor prepares documents and signs P.O.A with their lawyers.
Step 2
Investor applies for a visa to Bulgaria to inspect real estate, opens a bank account and transfer investment.
Step 3
Investor receives Permanent Residency after 4-6 months.
Step 4
Investor gets citizenship after 5 years or after 1 year of maintaining Permanent Residency.
