+ Contribute $ 150,000 to the National Transformation Fund (USD $150,000) OR
+ Invest $350,000 in a Government-approved real estate or other project, OR
+ Co-invest $ 220,000 in an approved Tourism Accommodation project.
Dependent children must be under age 30, fully dependent on the principal applicant

Must not have been refused a visa to any country on the visa-free travel list
