REQUIREMENTS OF PERMANENT RESIDENCY PROGRAMME

Clean criminal record
Undergo a ‘fit and proper’ test
Investors over 18 invest in following fields:
+ Contribution to the National Social & Development Fund: 30,000 EUR
+ Investment in Malta government bonds: 250,000 EUR
+ Purchasing or renting property: 270-320,000 EUR or 10-12,000 EUR/year
Investments are required to be kept for a period of 5 years
In 5 years, investors must prove to have an annual income of not less than 100,000 EUR outside Malta. Or their possession/capital of not less than 500,000 EUR

Step 1

Investor signs a service contract with Odin Land.

Investor comes to Malta for the inspection tour.

Investor collects the necessary documents and sends them to the Consulate of Malta in HCM.

The Malta government reviews and confirms valid documents.
