BUSINESS INNOVATION INVESTMENT PROGRAMME (188A)

Benefits

A conditional 4-year temporary residence visa for permanent residence. If necessary, investors may be allowed to extend their visa for another 2 years, so the total time is 6 years to implement the initial business investment commitments
Children receive free education from grade 1 to 12
Freedom to study, work, and manage business in Australia

Requirements

Own a business in Vietnam with a minimum turnover of 500,000 AUD for at least 2 of the last 4 fiscal years and before the filing date
Net personal (both main applicant and spouse) and business assets of at least 800,000 AUD
Meet the pass mark in the Business Innovation and Investment Points test (currently 65)
Invest 200,000 AUD in a business in Australia

INVESTOR STREAM PROGRAMME (188B)

Benefits

A conditional 4-year temporary residence visa for permanent residence. After maintained an investment in Australian for 4 years, the applicant can apply for permanent residence through the Business Innovation & Investment (188A)
Children receive free education from grade 1 to 12
Freedom to study, work, and manage business in Australia
Receive annual dividends and repay the full amount of investment after 4 years from the Australian government

Requirements

Own a business and have personal net assets of at least 2.25 million AUD for the last 2 fiscal years
Invest 1.5 million AUD into Australian government bonds
Meet the pass mark in the Business Innovation and Investment Points test (currently 65)
Must have another business activity beside bond investment in Australia

BUSINESS TALENT PROGRAMME (132)

Benefits

Immediately granted permanent resident status for the whole family (included spouse and children)
Children receive free education from grade 1-12. Preferential tuition as same as Australian citizens for College, University, and Graduate level
Be entitled to benefits from the Australian government
Freedom to study, work, and manage business in Australia
Have the right to sponsor relatives to Australia & take a citizenship test whenever qualified

Requirements

Own a business with a minimum turnover of at least 3 million AUD for at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years prior to the filing date.
Net personal (both main applicant and spouse) and business assets of at least 1,500,000 AUD
