Homeowners does not recognize the 4th level building into ‘hotel’ after renovation
From the 4th-level house at 180m2 with bubble wall plates, moist and sub-level buildings, over three months of restoration, the living space has become more light, the interior furnished in modern style thanks to black white color. The young master did not even recognize his former lukewarm nest.
The biggest difficulty that the Pham Minh Japan encountered when home renovation was the crude part was down to severe levels. The advantage is that the room was designed to be square, the logical layout should have retained the structure, regenerating the way between some of the rooms and the use of glass materials to get shining.
The works use a large portion of white to create new sensations, clean for space, a black part to create contrasting arrays and separate space. Some wood furnishings help avoid monotony. Gaps are used to make green spaces, creating a fresh, natural feeling of intimacy.
The old window overlooking the port of the living room is enlarged to the home which is easier to watch. In the wall left next to the main door, an old window was refitted to enough TV and decoration space. Another window that is located near that position so that the house still has wind flow when needed.
The main bedroom is connected from a small bedroom and a warehouse room next to the map.
Backup bedroom instead of building the top-down as before (makes the corridor somewhat monotonous and restless), the architect decides to indented a little, to take a set of greenery, make the corridor more airy and add green arrays in the house.
In the kitchen, the processing counter is turned out, so that when home cooking can chat with friends, relatives, and also make the stove more neat. The kitchen is also used as a bar for quick meals.
Traditions in Vietnam, families when there is a party or ceremony, in addition to the kitchen needs a wider space for a wider range of architects, the architect also adds an indoor void to meet the needs of the guests.
Many ornaments in the house are hand-worked by the architects manually, painted.
A set of tables in addition to the garden Terrace helps the home relax in the early morning or late afternoon.
