- Grow, maintain, supervise and manage Agency to develop business
- Conduct workshops, events and special programs for client promotion
- Execute approved plans from idea to production
- Build up effective advertising program to inscrease brand-awareness, supporting sales team.
- Identify customers’ trends & insights, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of Social media performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, and discuss project roadmap with enhanced or new functionality with partners.
- Work with external and internal to execute projects/ campaigns/ new business initiatives to inscrease awareness, customer engagement through Social & other digital channels.
- Manage the effective delivery of marketing programs, customer campaigns and/or supporting new product/ service launch to build strong brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Any other tasks if assigned.
- Graduated University with major in Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign trade,… and other related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 year experience working as Sales/Business development, preferably in banking, real estate, financial company, marketing,…
- Knowledge and skill set:
Having vast personal networking
Competent in planning and organizing skill
Good at Sales Management & Marketing principles
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent English is an advantage
Proficient in PC tools, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
